《軍審法》移審　新北地院接12案

【孫友廉／新北報導】《軍事審判法》去年8月修正，軍事案件分兩階段移交一般司法，今天為第二階段，其中移交新北地方法院12案，被告共12人，大多屬酒駕、毒品等案件，且無人在押。
 
新北地方法院發言人庭長樊季康指出，移審的軍事案件若屬性侵、殺人等重大案件，或者智財、醫療、金融專業案件，將交由法院3個軍事專屬法庭抽籤分案審理，若非重大案件則無須強制辯護，將先交由審查庭處理。
