遭狂犬病鼬獾咬 依時程處理

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北10日電）台東成功鎮民眾4日遭鼬獾咬傷，該民眾當日就接種人用狂犬病疫苗，待鼬獾確認狂犬病後再施打免疫球蛋白，疾管署說，符合國際規定。

疾病管制署副署長周志浩表示，台東縣成功鎮1位民眾1月4日被鼬獾咬傷，當日就醫時，經醫師評估後先施打人用狂犬病疫苗，咬人的鼬獾經檢驗後，8日確認陽性，醫師為該名民眾於期限內施打免疫球蛋白。

周志浩表示，依世界衛生組織及疾病管制署指引，接種完人用狂犬病疫苗後，7天內施打免疫球蛋白都是被允許的，患者4日被咬，到8日再打免疫球蛋白，時程符合國際指引規定。

疾管署指出，預防被動物咬傷的原則是「不碰觸、逗弄野生動物」，以及「不撿拾生病的野生動物、屍體」。

疾管署說，民眾如遭動物抓咬傷，謹記4口訣，1記：保持冷靜記住動物特徵、2沖：大量清水、肥皂沖洗傷口並用優碘消毒、3送：儘速送醫評估是否打疫苗、4觀：儘可能將咬人動物繫留觀察十日。1030110
