直擊!吳寶春野地烤麵包

Cook It Raw(採集料理)是最近幾年國際美食界的火紅話題,強調深入荒野尋找當地天然食材,並以最簡單烹調方式做出不做作的野地料理,如今台灣也吹起這股Cook It Raw風潮。
 
今天下午,世界麵包冠軍吳寶春和Thomas Chien餐飲總監簡天才、台大郭華仁教授等人就到高雄吉荔有機果園進行一場採集料理活動,採集到包含大蔥、刺蔥、茄子等未經人工改良的保種蔬菜,吳寶春將刺蔥拌入麵團,並於現場生火烤成麵包;簡天才則是將各式蔬菜燙熟,拌點蔬菜油等醬汁,做成多彩繽紛的田園沙拉。
 
吳寶春表示,用未經改良的保種食材所做的料理,香氣往往會更濃郁,因為種苗是原生的,料理出最屬於台灣在地的味道。他評估未來也將在他的麵包店推出此類產品,也希望藉此在台灣帶起風氣,成為一項美食運動。
