併購Sprint恐破局，軟體銀行傳改買T-Mobile

為避免併吞美國第三大電信業者Sprint Nextel的計畫失利，傳日本軟體銀行(Softbank)目前正在與德意志電信洽商買下T-Mobile的可能，以為進軍美國市場尋找替代道路。

T-Mobile市值約150億美元，德意志電信擁有該公司約74%的股權。據路透社7日報導，軟體銀行去年就已向德意志銀行投石問路、尋求併購T-Mobile，最近由於Sprint交易案可能破局，使得雙方談判腳步速度加快。

儘管如此，由於軟體銀行對於併購Sprint著力甚深，因此尚不願意輕言放棄，向德意志電信收購T-Mobile的計畫目前仍只能算是雨天備案。

軟體銀行、德意志電信尚未就上述報導發表評論，不過受消息利多激勵，T-Mobile股價當日上漲3.15%至21.31美元，而Sprint收盤時則下跌1.36%至7.24美元。
