社子市場豆乾　查出違規添加皂黃

台北市衛生局上月抽驗市售豆製品共32件，有11件不符規定，不合格率34.3%。
 
社子市場豆製品攤商，檢出大黃豆干違規添加工業色素皂黃，松青超市民有分公司黃干絲遭驗出殘留過氧化氫，違者依《食品衛生管理法》開罰。
 
此次抽驗地點包括傳統市場、市場周邊攤販、超市等，項目包括防腐劑（己二烯酸、苯甲酸、去水醋酸）、過氧化氫及色素等。
 
不合格的社子市場大黃豆干攤商，提不出進貨證明，依法罰3萬元罰鍰，待查出製造業者後，再依法開罰製造業者6萬至6百萬元罰鍰。
 
豆干製品殘留過氧化氫的違規製造業者，將開罰3萬至15萬元罰鍰。
