市府被控圖利財團？　胡志強：為台中市發展

總統馬英九今天上午到台中市為世界不動產年會開幕致詞時，1名台中市不動產協會會員的趙姓男子衝上台向馬陳情，控訴台中市長胡志強過去10年將2千公頃土地賤價賣給財團，圖利財團。對此，胡志強表示「這是為了台中市的發展。」

胡志強否認圖利特定財團，他說：「怎麼可能會有這樣的事情，這是為了台中市的發展，有些地主不滿意，希望得到更好的待遇，都能夠諒解、也能夠理解，但透過正常的程序都能夠表達。」
