想請問有在擦皮膚科開的藥的各位,上保養品和藥的順序先說我的膚質,算混合偏乾,容易長粉刺痘痘,長期以來持續擦藥冬天真的是快發瘋了擦藥本身就會皮膚乾燥想要抹保溼霜類的東西都很煩惱順序的問題我早上起床是化妝水>保濕乳液>(稍微等10分鐘)皮膚藥>防曬可是有時候早上起床很趕無法等10分鐘沒擦藥就直接上防曬了睡前則是化妝水>皮膚藥>(也是等一段時間)水磁場大概就是這樣,但是有時候還是有上一層沒有完全吸收的感覺請問我的順序或是方法要更改嗎? 因為早上那樣的步驟其實皮膚還是有點乾有時上完防曬臉頰會有一點小屑屑,真的超困擾我的麻煩各位解答與分享謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.4.38
