巴克萊：日月光K7停工如逾半年影響蘋果單

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】日月光（2311）高雄K7廠因偷排廢水案日前遭地方政府勒令停工。巴克萊證券表示，據了解，K7廠只有部分停工並非整廠停工，預期影響明年首季營收約2.5%，而非原先預估的12%，復工時間也可能提前，不過考量K7廠產能部分停工的影響，調降明年營收和獲利預估2%、6%，停工時間如超過6個月，恐將影響未來蘋果訂單。

巴克萊證券指出，據了解，日月光K7廠並非全面停工，因此預估影響明年首季營收約2.5%，影響每月產能和封測業務約4%，比較大的衝擊在於折舊(佔銷售成本約15%)，以及勞工成本(佔營收18%)。

按照日月光估計停工影響凸塊產能60%，巴克萊證券說明，是有一些統包訂單轉向矽品(2325)，艾克爾和台星科(3265)，如果日月光不能在明年6月前恢復K7凸塊產能，恐影響日月光在明年第3季前打進蘋果AP封測訂單的能力。
