國泰世華銀增資柬埔寨4300萬美元

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰世華銀行今天公告現金增資新收購的柬埔寨SBC Bank（Singapore Banking Corporation Limited）4300萬美元。國泰金副總理李偉正說，增資後SBC Bank資本額達6100萬美元，今年先做打底的工作，明年將換IT系統，並更名為國泰世華銀，未來獲利可期。
 
他表示，柬埔寨的銀行存放款利差5%以上，經濟成長也很快，貸款需求很高，樂觀看待柬埔寨成長，業務目標鎖定包含台商與當地客戶。
 
國泰金去年已收購柬埔寨SBC Bank7成股權，今年再加碼成為百分百大股東。SBC Bank成立於1993年，在柬埔寨有6個據點。
