日月明功案起訴　許愛珍夫婦交保返家過火

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】靈修團體日月明功虐死高中生詹淳寓案，陳巧明收押禁見，還押彰化看守所，詹母黃芬雀無保刑事責付及限制住居、出境、出海，另5人分別以10萬到20萬元交保，但均限制住居、出境、出海，不過不須到派出所簽到；黃芬雀被接往台中市某公寓，並未回到彰化市住家。

許愛珍、劉享易夫婦都被裁定10萬元交保、限制住居、出境、出海，兩人被家人接回和美鎮住處後門，在家人協助下過火去霉運後，被家人喊「趕快進去！」，匆匆進入住處，今天也不願露面，按門鈴無人回應。鄰居說，許愛珍夫婦平時很低調，見到鄰居大多只有點頭示意，沒想到純樸的鄉下孩子怎麼會發生這種事。
