大麥仁冒充薏仁食品 罰鍰

媒體報導，市售許多標示薏仁的食品，卻使用大麥仁冒充，食藥局提醒民眾，俗稱的洋薏仁、小薏仁、珍珠薏仁，都是大麥的俗稱，購買前一定要注意成份標示，品名標示上述名稱，成份應標示大麥，如果標示薏仁，恐違反食管法規定，可以處二十萬元以下罰鍰。

報導中指出，民眾購買一包綠豆薏仁回家烹煮，咬下後發現不對，打電話給廠商，卻得到只願意退錢，不肯承認錯誤的回應，讓投訴民眾氣憤不已。
