熱帶低氣壓緩增強　輕颱成形機率高

【綜合報導】中央氣象局今天清晨指出，熱帶性低氣壓1002百帕，今天凌晨2時在北緯17.0度、東經123.1度，即在菲律賓東方海面，時速15公里向西北移動，未來恐發展成輕度颱風；巴士海峽及東南部海域的風浪漸大，籲航行及作業船隻特別注意。
