由於就業保險屬強制性，雇主若不幫員工加保恐被罰。行政院勞委會勞工保險局昨（十六）表示，根據資料統計，目前仍有一百七十多家私立幼兒園尚未幫員工投保就業保險，若經查證屬實，雇主除了被處以十倍罰鍰外，還可能必須負責賠償勞工申領就保時所蒙受的全部損失。

勞保局承保處經理劉耆誠指出，為保障幼兒園的員工權益，規定雇主只要雇用五人以上就必須強制幫員工參加勞保及就保，雇用五人以下則必須強制幫員工就保。
