原廠保養廠跟一般保養廠的差別在哪啊? 單就零件以及保固範圍外若是為了要板金或烤漆或改裝之類的是否可以把原廠保養廠視為一般的保養廠? 因為最近N牌車子被撞需要板金及烤漆但是開M牌公務車去原廠維修時聊到被撞對方保險公司理賠的適宜 M牌技師說：可以把車開過來這邊幫我處理 (我心想：這樣保險公司不會有疑慮嗎? 去別牌的廠修理) 後來他們經理也有出來和我談態度非常之好讓我都不好意思了但是後來還是開去N牌原廠不過接待專員的服務態度一整個差很多平平都是第一次光顧如果跟原廠無關的話何必去原廠? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.140.204
