新北市機車報廢補貼　林志嘉批朱立倫跳票

【陳培煌╱台北報導】已表態將參選新北市長的台聯秘書長林志嘉下午舉行記者會批評，新北市長朱立倫競選前承諾當選後向市議會提案，把機車報廢獎金由現行台幣1000元提高為3000元的悠遊卡儲值津貼，如今「減碳津貼」卻淪為「抽獎活動」，並非人人都能獲得補助，如同在騙選票，他呼籲朱立倫在明年元旦年前，兌現選舉承諾，讓機車族過個好年。

據台聯提供資料，朱立倫自入主新北市後，在2011年起開始辦理機車報廢補助3000元儲值悠遊卡抽獎活動，新北市政府環保局以電腦隨機方式抽出，在2011年機車報廢數4萬2074輛中，僅有3500人抽中；在2012年4萬7075輛中僅3240人抽中，並非當初朱立倫承諾的每位新北市報廢機車車主都能獲得補助。
