電玩弊案4680萬交保金　法院大點鈔

【劉志原／台北報導】警察、媒體包庇張廣元電玩集團弊案，12名在押被告移審台北地院後，昨晚各獲10至1000萬元交保，電玩店負責人張廣元、劉宸誌各以1000萬元交保，邱春茂等4名警官各以500萬元交保，6人均須每晚至到分局報到，總保金達4680萬元，台北地院連夜點鈔。
 
《聯合報》前特派許聲胤、內政部前國會聯絡人李俊諺、離職警員薛義雄等3被告，各以200萬元交保；《聯合報》前記者張榮仁獲以50萬元交保、電玩集團中兩名女會計蔡幸螢、詹家榛各以10、20萬元交保候傳。
 
法官認為，許聲胤等被告獲罪嫌疑均重大，雖均有逃亡之虞，但可用具保及按時報到防逃，另因檢察官認為，外界已有風聲，誰供出案情，就要小心全家人性命，法官特地當庭命令被告，交保後不得騷擾被列為污點證人的《自由時報》前召集人黃其豪及拒絕收賄的警官張鴻章及其家人，否則即再予羈押。
