醉男譙警「雞掰」　罵人辯稱口頭禪

昨天晚間6時許，基隆一名陳姓男子（35歲，毒品、竊盜前科）在成功一路上餐廳喝酒，陳男酒喝多了竟大吵大鬧，店家只好報警處理。陳男被帶回警局後，竟口無遮攔大罵警方：「妳娘的雞掰」、「現在基隆警察很大，我手很痛，不放鬆一點，你們穩死的」。

警方偵訊時，陳男卻大聲辯稱，這些話是我的口頭禪，不是用來罵人的，並強調警察比恐龍法官還大，他哪敢罵警察。警方訊後，將陳男後依妨害公務罪移送法辦。
